About the position: Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial & Property Lawyer with at least 5 years post-admission experience to step into a key position that offers clear scope for advancement into Senior Associate or leadership roles . You will have the autonomy to run your own matters while receiving guidance from senior legal professionals. Your practice will include: Managing commercial transactions and business sales Advising on property development and acquisition matters Overseeing leasing files for commercial and retail premises Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents Providing commercial advice to SMEs, developers, and private clients You’ll play an integral role in client strategy and be encouraged to develop your own client base over time.
